Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Salary: $95,000 to $120,000
A well-established downtown San Diego law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant to support attorneys in business/commercial litigation, employment defense, real estate/construction disputes, and insurance matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
- Managing case files and litigation calendars
- Coordinating and e-filing in state and federal courts
- Assisting with depositions and trial preparation
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of California civil procedure
- Excellent drafting and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
