Salary: $65,000 to $75,0000

A well-established and respected litigation firm in Florida is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience in construction defect and/or bodily injury defense. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and collaborative legal team handling complex insurance defense matters.

Key Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of insurance defense litigation experience
  • Strong understanding of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal/Local Rules of the Middle District
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Capable of accurate billable time entry per client guidelines
Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting multiple attorneys with case and trial preparation
  • Drafting and organizing legal documents, trial exhibits, and mediation materials
  • Communicating with clients, judicial assistants, experts, and other stakeholders
  • Reviewing and summarizing medical, billing, employment, and insurance claim records
  • Providing litigation support throughout the case lifecycle
Position Details:
  • Full-time, onsite role (Monday to Friday)
