Legal Secretary-The Woodlands
Job Description
EverStaff is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a well-established law firm. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and filing procedures, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, legal correspondence, and other documentation
- E-file documents in state and federal courts (including Texas federal courts)
- Redline and format transactional and legal documents
- Maintain and track attorney schedules and calendars
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
- Open new client matters and run conflict checks
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Enter attorney time into billing software
- Transcribe dictation accurately and timely
- Provide general administrative and legal support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal court filing procedures
- Excellent grammar, proofreading, and written communication skills
- Experience with document management systems
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
