EverStaff has partnered with a boutique civil litigation firm located in Beverly Hills, CA, seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with at least five years of experience in civil litigation and/or labor and employment law. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working on complex cases from inception through resolution and thrives in a collaborative and well-supported team environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a full caseload with partner supervision and will possess excellent communication, analytical, and litigation skills. This role involves significant client interaction and offers meaningful professional growth, strong benefits, and a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution, including pre-trial and trial preparation
  • Conduct discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Draft and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment
  • Appear in court and represent clients in hearings and proceedings
  • Maintain proactive and responsive client communications, including reporting and updates
  • Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues to ensure high-quality legal work
Requirements:
  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil litigation and/or labor & employment law
  • Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills
  • Experience managing cases independently and efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to case strategy
  • Trial experience is a plus
