Job Description

Our client in Cleveland is looking for a litigation associate attorney to join their dynamic litigation group that offers a tremendous opportunity for long term advancement and professional development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial through post-trial.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
  • Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Advise clients on legal options and potential outcomes.
  • Negotiate settlements and collaborate with opposing counsel to resolve disputes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case documentation.
  • Stay updated on developments in relevant laws and regulations.
 
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 5+ years of litigation experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on client service and achieving positive outcomes.
