Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Hybrid

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join a growing litigation law firm. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting attorneys with document preparation, client communication, and general office administration. As the firm continues to expand, this position offers the opportunity to take ownership of processes, contribute to workflow improvements, and truly make the role your own.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and format documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Manage attorney calendars and schedule client meetings.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files with accuracy.
- Prepare engagement letters, correspondence, and intake forms.
- Answer client calls and emails professionally and timely.
- Assist with document signatures, notarizations, and case tracking.
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or administrative professional in a law firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, including styles, tables, and formatting complex documents.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Dependable and comfortable working 100% onsite.
