Job Description

Everstaff is seeking a Trial Paralegal for a legal firm in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities include:
  • Billing and time entry
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Preparing discovery (including e-Discovery), managing records requests and reviews
  • Redacting documents
  • Vetting experts
  • Conducting background searches
  • Supporting mediation and trial preparation. 

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of defense litigation experience
  • Strong experience with trial preperation 
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and trial presentation software such as Trial Director
  • Familiarity with CaseMap, TextMap, and TimeMap is advantageous, along with experience using legal research tools like WestLaw, LexisNexis, and Accurint.

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000
