A respected and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its dynamic legal team. This position plays a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation—from case preparation and discovery to trial and post-trial activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys through all stages of litigation, including case management, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, exhibits, and trial notebooks.
• Manage document production and ensure all filings comply with court rules and deadlines.
• Coordinate witness preparation, depositions, and trial logistics.
• Maintain organized case files and accurate records throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:
• Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.
• Familiarity with federal and state court procedures, rules, and filing systems.
• Strong knowledge of discovery, evidence, and motion practice.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
