Salary:  $70,000 to $100,000 (DOE)

A well-established and highly respected plaintiff-side law firm in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy personal injury and medical malpractice practice. The firm is known for handling complex, high-value matters and providing exceptional client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage litigation files from intake through settlement or trial
  • Review, analyze, and summarize medical records; prepare medical chronologies
  • Draft discovery, pleadings, motions, and litigation correspondence
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Assist with trial and deposition preparation, including exhibits and trial binders
  • Handle e-filings and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
Qualifications
  • 2–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience; medical malpractice and/or personal injury experience strongly preferred
  • Strong medical records analysis and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, litigation support tools, and e-filing systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused
