Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing litigation team. This position is ideal for a seasoned paralegal with strong commercial litigation and/or real estate litigation experience who enjoys working on complex matters from inception through trial.
Position Details:
- Salary: $80,000-$100,000
- Direct Hire Opportunity
- Hybrid work schedule
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing cases through all phases of litigation.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Reviewing and responding to subpoenas and document requests.
- Organizing, reviewing, and producing large volumes of documents.
- Assisting with depositions, trial preparation, witness coordination, and exhibit management.
- Conducting legal and factual research.
- Supporting attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
- Commercial litigation and/or real estate litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and discovery processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms.
