Machine Operator
Shift: 1st, 6am - 6pm
Pay Rate: $17/hr. - $19/hr.

We are currently hiring Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team producing film-related products. If you are dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a production environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate production machinery to meet order specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Perform quality checks to ensure product meets customer standards (cuts, folds, alignment, performance)
- Load raw materials and package finished rolls
- Record production data accurately
- Communicate machine or quality concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all PPE and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to read production orders
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 30 lbs regularly
- Exert up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Frequent standing, lifting, and palletizing
