Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Mentor, OH
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr. - $28.00/hr.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Mentor, OH! In this role, you will oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control throughout production processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate machines according to production guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Load and unload equipment and materials safely and efficiently
  • Provide innovative solutions to enhance plant efficiency
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery
  • Record and maintain equipment readings and process documentation
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating machines, including Drill and Taps
  • Familiarity with plant tools and measuring equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle physical workload and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to quality control and safety protocols
