Job Description

We have a wonderful law firm seeking a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join their team. Working closely with the Marketing Department leadership, you'll play a vital role in supporting our marketing, communications, and business development efforts.
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Remote with 1-day per week in Northern Virginia office)
M-F 1st shift
Salary: $65-$90k and full benefits
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing marketing and business development plans.
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual events, seminars, webinars, and sponsorships.
  • Maintain data in CRM system, including targeted mailing lists and client meetings.
  • Conduct business development and competitive research and analysis.
  • Track business development outcomes and referrals.
  • Manage directory submissions and publication editorial calendars.
  • Update marketing collateral, website content, and firm experience.
  • Support proofreading and assist in pitch and proposal development.
  • Assist with budget management.
 
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or related field.
  • Experience in professional services environment, preferably a law firm.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
  • Attention to detail and design.
