Responsibilities
Pay: $19-$20/hr
Fabrication Department
- Operate fabrication equipment including lasers, HyDef plasma tables, machining centers, punch presses, CNC punches, saws, and press brakes.
- Assist with wet paint operations and mechanical assembly.
- Read work orders and blueprints to ensure quality production.
- Perform quality inspections and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Welding Department
- Perform MIG welding on fixture and peg table assemblies.
- Produce quality welds that meet company standards and specifications.
- Read blueprints and welding prints to complete projects accurately.
- Inspect finished welds and maintain welding equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous fabrication or welding experience preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment or metal fabrication is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
