We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to support operations across warehouse and manufacturing environments. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a team-oriented operation. The role involves assisting with a variety of tasks including material handling, basic assembly, facility organization, and general operational support while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

Pay: $17/hr – $19/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift – 11:00pm to 7:30am

Key Responsibilities:
•    Load and unload materials, products, and equipment manually or with basic material handling tools such as pallet jacks
•    Assist skilled team members including machine operators, technicians, warehouse personnel, or maintenance staff with daily tasks
•    Clean and prepare work areas by removing debris, organizing materials, and maintaining safe workspaces
•    Sort, pack, label, and organize materials, inventory, or finished goods
•    Perform basic assembly or disassembly of components and equipment as needed
•    Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
•    Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas
•    Follow all workplace safety procedures and properly use required protective equipment

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or equivalent preferred
•    Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is a plus
•    Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly
•    Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
•    Basic communication and math skills
•    Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
•    Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
