We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist for our great client! You will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing paid and organic search engine marketing a part of the Marketing team and reporting to the Paid Search Manager.
  1. Act as a specialist of the search engine marketing channel, planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive paid search strategies.
  2. Create and manage paid search accounts/campaigns via various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Criteo, etc.
  3. Manage Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing, and Video advertising campaigns.
  4. Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and establish bidding strategies to meet and exceed company KPIs.
  5. Analyze paid search campaign results, adjust strategy and budgets accordingly.
  6. Develop and execute A/B test experiments for campaigns to discover the most effective configurations.
  7. Monitor and manage Google Merchant Center accounts for optimal performance and adherence to guidelines.
  8. Use GA4 to develop insights and action items to improve paid search performance and meet client goals.
  9. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in PPC strategies, staying updated on emerging technologies in the search and digital landscape.
  10. Drive innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing knowledge with the marketing team.
  11. Collaborate with individuals from several departments.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Fluency in Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
  • 3-4 years of experience planning, launching, and managing search marketing campaigns across Google AdWords and Bing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM with a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic.
  • Working knowledge of GA4 (or other analytics software), conversion tracking, e-commerce, and the interplay of PPC/SEO and local search.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results.
  • Self-motivated individual; a good team player.
  • Takes accountability and ownership of his/her own work.
