Job Description
The Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Specialist will assume responsibility for strategizing, refining, executing, and evaluating both paid and organic search engine marketing endeavors. They will remain at the forefront of emerging search technologies, playing a pivotal role in the company's future growth trajectory by overseeing all facets of our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a profound comprehension of paid search dynamics.
 
Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm (On-Site) 
Annual Salary: up to 75k annually DOE.

Responsibilities
Outlined below are the primary responsibilities integral to your daily activities:
  1. Specialize in search engine marketing by devising, implementing, and refining comprehensive paid search strategies.
  2. Manage paid search accounts and campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Criteo, among others.
  3. Oversee Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing, and Video advertising initiatives.
  4. Execute keyword research, craft ad copy, and establish bidding strategies to surpass company KPIs.
  5. Analyze the outcomes of paid search campaigns and adjust strategies and budgets accordingly.
  6. Design and conduct A/B test experiments to optimize campaign configurations.
  7. Monitor and optimize Google Merchant Center accounts for peak performance and compliance with standards.
  8. Leverage GA4 to derive insights and actionable steps aimed at enhancing paid search performance and achieving client objectives.
  9. Exhibit advanced proficiency in PPC strategies and stay abreast of emerging technologies in the digital and search landscape.
  10. Promote continuous innovation and the adoption of best practices, sharing insights regularly with the marketing team.
  11. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse departments.
Skill Set
To excel in this role, the following qualifications and competencies are necessary:
  1. Proficiency in Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
  2. 3-4 years of experience in planning, launching, and managing search marketing campaigns across Google AdWords and Bing.
  3. Hands-on knowledge of SEM best practices and a proven track record of driving qualified traffic with a focus on acquisition and conversion.
  4. Familiarity with GA4 (or similar analytics tools), conversion tracking, e-commerce, and the synergy between PPC/SEO and local search.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from extensive data sets.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
  7. Organized with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  8. Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit and a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
