Job Description
Everstaff is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support team members in a growing and well-regarded practice, located in Shaker Heights, OH.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with clients, tracking financial information, and assisting with administration matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

Salary: $48,000-$65,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Assist with probate and trust administration matters from initiation through completion
- Communicate with clients regarding required documentation, timelines, and next steps
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files
- Track court deadlines and filing requirements to ensure timely compliance
- Coordinate with financial institutions and third parties to obtain asset and account information
- Assist with oversight of client bill payments under attorney supervision
- Maintain financial tracking spreadsheets and logs using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare correspondence and routine legal filings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Paralegal experience; estate planning and/or probate experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
