PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY – TORRANCE, CA
Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 (DOE)
Experience: Newly Licensed to 3 Years

A well-established and reputable personal injury law firm in Torrance is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or someone with up to three years of experience who is looking to gain hands-on litigation exposure and advance their career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and negotiations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
  • Provide high-quality representation while delivering exceptional client service
Qualifications:
  • California Bar admission (new attorneys welcome)
  • 0–3 years of personal injury or litigation experience
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Client-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
