Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Personal Injury Case Manager for our client in Burbank! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement, ensuring excellent client service and efficient case progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring timely progression from initial intake to resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Gather, review, and organize medical records, police reports, insurance documents, and other case-related materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, treatments, and any necessary client follow-ups.
  • Work closely with attorneys to prepare demand letters and negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records in case management software.
  • Assist attorneys with drafting correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents as needed.
  • Ensure all case activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in personal injury case management or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law and claims processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Paralegal certification (preferred but not required).
