Job Description

As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients throughout the legal process. You will be responsible for managing case files, communicating with clients and medical providers, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
 
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Direct Hire Opportunity 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and legal professionals.
  • Prepare and organize case documentation, including pleadings, correspondence, and evidence.
  • Assist in the development of case strategies and trial preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; paralegal certification a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law AND as a Case Manager.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work independently.
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
