Job Description
Everstaff is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established and growing plaintiff litigation practice in Akron, OH.
This role is integral to supporting attorneys in managing cases from pre-suit through active litigation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains strong attention to detail, and is committed to providing exceptional client support throughout the life of a case.
Direct Hire opportunity!
Salary: $56,000-$65,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5, or 9-6
100% Onsite

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents including settlement demands, complaints, discovery requests and responses, motions, and notices
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation-related events
- Prepare and electronically file pleadings and correspondence through applicable state court systems
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel regarding case progress and documentation
- Maintain organized electronic and physical case files while tracking deadlines and managing litigation calendars
- Assist attorneys with case development, trial preparation, and follow-up tasks
- Respond to incoming calls and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Provide additional administrative and litigation support as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of plaintiff Personal Injury or Bodily Injury litigation experience
- Strong drafting skills with experience preparing pleadings, discovery, and litigation correspondence
- Familiarity with court procedures and electronic filing systems
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
