Printing Operator
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking Digital Printing Operators to join a growing production team. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining large-format digital printing equipment while ensuring high-quality printed products are produced accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with production equipment, and takes pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing and finishing equipment.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Load materials, replace production supplies, and maintain inventory as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Complete production orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with digital printing, sign manufacturing, or graphics production.
- Familiarity with laminators, digital cutters, or other print finishing equipment.
- Experience performing basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
