Job Title: Production Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks to support operations across construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or maintenance environments. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions closely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials and equipment manually or with basic equipment (e.g., pallet jacks)
• Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, warehouse staff, machine operators, or technicians
• Clean and prepare work areas, including removing debris and hazardous materials
• Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
• Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment
• Sort, pack, label, and organize inventory or materials
• Perform basic assembly or disassembly of components and equipment
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites or work areas
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous general labor or warehouse/construction experience is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a variety of environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold conditions)
• Basic math and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Team player with a positive attitude
