Production Support Associate
Position Summary:
The Production Support Associate is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by assisting with the conversion of materials into finished goods, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining inventory records. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting the production team in achieving operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to reliability and integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.
Shift: 1st, 8:00am - 4:30pm; Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general entry-level tasks involved in converting raw materials into finished goods, specifically focusing on thermal interface products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, removing excess materials and debris to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist in month-end inventory management by accurately logging material counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare products for shipment by packaging, labeling, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Provide support to production specialists with equipment operation and machine tasks as needed.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet operational targets with precision and efficiency.
- Follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve manufacturing objectives and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Demonstrate reliability, honesty, and integrity in all aspects of the job.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions precisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and record-keeping skills for inventory management.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, noise, and various materials.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required for certain tasks.
