Job Description

The Production Coordinator is responsible for compiling, recording, and maintaining accurate production data to support reporting on production volume, raw material usage, and other key manufacturing activities.

Position Details:
  • Pay: $15-$17
  • On Site Position
Essential Job Functions
  • Complete all daily production reporting within IQMS.
  • Track, update, and maintain manufacturing reports on a routine basis.
  • Ensure all required materials and support documents—such as work orders, labels, and production paperwork—are delivered to Manufacturing in a timely manner.
  • File and store production records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Create packaging specifications and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Generate and issue production work orders.
  • Print internal labels for all work orders.
  • Prepare and distribute production performance reports for the Head of Manufacturing.
  • Enter and maintain accurate production packaging specifications.

Education & Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
