EverStaff, a specialized recruiting firm, is actively searching for potential candidates for Direct Hire positions with one of our top clients. This positions entail direct employment with the client that offers exceptional work culture, benefits, PTO, and growth potential.
Job Title: Production Lead
Shift: 1st, 6:00am - 4:00pm
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. - $21.00/hr.
Job Summary
The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing all activities on the production line to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role coordinates production processes including line setup, machine operation, packaging, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute all production line activities, including clean-outs, setup, machine operation, and packaging.
- Enforce safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) within the production area.
- Lead, motivate, and guide team members to meet production goals.
- Demonstrate expertise in production procedures, tools, and equipment operation.
- Operate line equipment as needed to maintain workflow.
- Direct and perform cleaning and sanitizing of containers, equipment, supplies, and work areas according to proper procedures.
- Ensure accurate labeling and product identification. Maintain production records and complete all required documentation.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing, with prior roles as a Lead and Machine Operator.
- Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and make adjustments to machinery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve production line issues promptly.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, filling, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, crouching, reaching overhead, and climbing stairs.
