We are currently seeking experienced production operator(s) for a chemical processing plant .This is a true foundry type of environment. The qualities we are searching for in a candidate(s) are the following: Reliability, good communication skills, ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, good at following directions and working well with others, but also capable of
working independently with little supervision.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Will be required to learn and perform several functions (assist in running furnace, loading
hoppers, loading drums, material handling, housekeeping, and etc..)
- Cross train in different areas when needed to fulfill other production needs.
- MUST interact in a professional manner with other production personnel for training and
understanding proper procedures on all plant process equipment.
- MUST be able to read and understand daily and weekly instruction, schedules, and log sheets.
- MUST be able to operate a tow motor and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- MUST be proficient at working safely and confidently around electrical and mechanical driven
machinery.
- MUST be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures,
rules, and regulations.
- MUST take direction well from your supervisor.
We are looking for a candidate(s) that can hit the ground running and be an essential addition to our
operation!! This is a permanent employment opportunity, with benefits offered after 90 days.
