Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager to oversee custom signage projects from concept through installation. This role requires cross-department collaboration and client communication to ensure project success in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.

Seeking project management experience in physical product, construction, manufacturing, or signage industries. This role is not suitable for candidates with software, IT, or digital-only project management backgrounds.

Location: Hybrid or Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in client meetings to gather project requirements and site details
  • Collaborate with Art and Engineering teams to develop artwork and technical drawings
  • Prepare proposals and bids, including pricing and scope documentation
  • Manage timelines, subcontractor coordination, and installation logistics
  • Track project data in ERP system, oversee billing, and follow up on accounts receivable
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or Design
  • 1–3 years of project management experience, ideally in signage, construction, or a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and site surveys
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/project tracking software experience preferred
  • Solid math skills including geometry and trigonometry

Salary: $55,000-$75,000 based on experience
