Job Title: Refrigeration Technician
Pay Rate: $80,000/yr. - $92,000/yr.
Shift: 1st, must be flexible to overtime
Overview:
The Refrigeration Technician specializes in high-performance commercial refrigeration systems, including blast chillers and rack configurations. This role is responsible for leading advanced service calls, executing complex installations, and providing technical guidance to junior technicians to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

This role is responsible for leading advanced service calls, executing complex installations, and providing technical guidance to junior technicians to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and service walk-in coolers, freezers, and blast chiller systems.
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration rack systems and advanced electronic control components.
- Read, interpret, and apply detailed wiring diagrams, piping schematics, and technical documentation.
- Lead and oversee medium- to large-scale refrigeration installation projects.
- Ensure all work meets established safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Promote high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and reliable service.
- Mentor, support, and develop Tier 3 and lower-level technicians to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of hands-on refrigeration experience.
- Advanced technical knowledge of rack refrigeration systems and complex control diagnostics.
- Proven ability to manage and oversee system installations from planning to completion.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in training and supporting field technicians.
