Job Description:
This role is the main contact point for customer reporting and accounting, managing system design, data analysis, and regulatory reporting. Responsibilities also include providing support on financial accounting tasks and educating customers on company products/services and billing inquiries, while establishing new processes.
 
Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm (On-Site) 
Annual Salary: between 70-90k/yr. DOE.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage data manipulation and extraction within the SiS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Oversee system data cleanup for regulatory compliance and uniformity.
  3. Coordinate education and analysis of new regulatory requirements.
  4. Coordinate data pulls for various reports and memberships.
  5. Complete monthly reconciliations and regulatory filings.
  6. Guide billing procedures and policies to align with best practices.
  7. Assist with customer porting and delinquency processes.
  8. Oversee various regulatory reporting requirements and filings.
  9. Provide training on compliance and company policies.
  10. Collaborate with Cyber Incident Response Team and CFO on policy matters.
  11. Provide support for CFO data needs and annual reporting to auditors.
  12. Stay updated on regulatory, industry, and technological developments.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Law, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting.
  3. Knowledge of telecommunications regulations and company procedures preferred.
  4. Basic understanding of rural telecommunications and market changes.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
