Direct Hire
1st shift
$17 -$20 per hour
**Job Summary:**
As a Screen Printer, you will play a crucial role in our production team, responsible for producing high-quality printed materials using screen printing techniques. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of our company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Operate and maintain screen printing equipment.
2. Prepare and set up screens, inks, and other necessary materials for printing.
3. Inspect and ensure the quality of printed materials meets company standards.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the printing process.
5. Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
6. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as a screen printer in a professional setting.
2. Familiarity with various screen printing techniques and equipment.
3. Ability to interpret job orders and work with minimal supervision.
4. Strong attention to detail and quality control.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
