Job Description

Everstaff is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager for a reputable company on the west side of Cleveland.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement, focusing on enhancing offshore staffing and increasing automation.
- Ensure the completion of month-end close for all clients on schedule, maintaining a 90%+ quality score.
- Monitor team performance against operational and departmental KPIs, ensuring corporate and client goals are met.
- Present monthly KPI results to executive management, highlighting outliers and action plans; track progress on action plans.
- Develop, adapt, and implement processes to meet the needs of both clients and billing teams.
- Assess staffing requirements based on volume forecasts and financial metrics, determining onshore vs. offshore work assignments; present staffing plans at quarterly meetings.
- Monitor FTEs against revenue for each account to ensure expense ratios align with company targets.
- Supervise management staff, providing coaching and guidance as necessary.
- Conduct analysis of process flows and accounts receivable status.
- Oversee daily activities and performance of all direct reports.
- Collaborate with the management team to track performance trends and develop plans to improve performance for staff who do not meet standards.
- Attend client meetings to address process or billing-related inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Provide guidance to management staff on task priorities.
- Investigate aged accounts receivable to determine the necessary steps for payment collection and take appropriate action.
- Monitor electronic claims and payment transactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Strong background in accounts receivable preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience managing both onshore and offshore staff in a business environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated success in attracting, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performance team members.
- Strong ability to establish priorities and clearly communicate objectives to staff.
- High level of integrity, positive attitude, and results-driven mindset.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other related software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
