Senior Paralegal
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Paralegal for our client in Lone Tree! The Senior Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting attorneys by managing complex legal documentation, conducting thorough research, and ensuring the efficient flow of legal processes.
Salary:
- $70,000-$90,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee case files from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents to support case strategy and decision-making.
- Prepare, review, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, creating witness lists, and coordinating logistics.
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external parties, maintaining professional communication and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations in all documentation and processes.
- Maintain organized and secure electronic and physical case files, utilizing legal document management systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior paralegals and administrative staff, fostering professional growth within the team.
- Handle calendaring, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, hearings, and depositions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in legal studies or a related field (Paralegal certification preferred).
- A minimum of 5–7 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software.
- Strong knowledge of court filing procedures, legal terminology, and document drafting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Family Law
