 A fast-growing, nationally recognized plaintiff-side personal injury firm is hiring multiple litigation attorneys in Florida. Whether you’re early in your litigation career or a seasoned first-chair trial warrior, we want to hear from you.

We’ve recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for injured clients and are building a powerhouse trial team to take on catastrophic injury and complex vehicle cases with policy limits as high as $10M+.

? We’re Hiring for Three Tracks:

? Associate Attorneys (0–5 years litigation experience)
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and support trial prep
  • Assist with depositions and court filings
  • Learn directly from experienced trial lawyers in a high-expectation, growth-focused team
     Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + bonuses
⚖️ Trial Attorneys (5–10 years litigation + some trial experience)
  • Take depositions, handle hearings, and second-chair trials
  • Own litigation strategy and prepare cases for mediation or verdict
     Base Salary: $120,000–$130,000 + bonuses
? Senior Trial Attorneys (10+ first-chair jury trials)
  • Lead high-value, high-complexity litigation from intake to verdict
  • Mentor junior attorneys and manage litigation teams
  • Handle catastrophic injury cases involving spine surgeries, brain injuries, and more
     Base Salary: $200,000+ (commensurate with trial record) + aggressive bonuses
? Compensation & Bonus Structure:
In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a performance-driven bonus system designed to reward results:
  • Origination Bonus: Up to 30% of net recovery
  • Trial Verdict Bonus: 2–6% of net recovery on verdicts
  • Post-Litigation Resolution Bonus: 10% of net recovery
