Job Description

Everstaff is seeking a Service Coordinator for a reputable company in the Oakwood Village area!

Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers by phone/email to assist with system issues
  • Provide support for customers and technicians
  • Schedule service appointments for customers
  • Interact with inventory team to ensure that technicians have parts needed fgor service visits
  • Follow up with customers on any open services tickets

Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
  • Milti-tasking, in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Effective verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Adaptability and reliability
  • Exercise independent judgement and problem solving skills
  • Education - minimum of HS diploma

Shift: Mon-Fri - 8am-5pm
Pay: $19-$20/hr
