Job Posting: Shipping and Receiving Associate
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Hours: 1st Shift

Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including documenting materials in the Syspro computer system.
  • Assist with sub-assembly of machines when required.
  • Drive company F-150 vehicle as needed, maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Coordinate with local vendors for small part orders, schedule pick-ups, and maintain relationships for quick delivery/pick-up times.
  • Conduct inventory control and quality checks, lifting items weighing 50-60 lbs.
  • Build and break down pallets, operate a tow motor to load/unload printing machines and parts/supplies.
  • Serve as a backup for the purchasing person when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with order picking, forklift operation, and basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
  • Ability to stock, package, and label items accurately.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and procedures.
  • Experience with MRP systems is a plus.
This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and can work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
