Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in IT support? We're seeking a proactive individual to fill the position of IT Support Specialist. As a crucial member of our team, you'll play a key role in resolving service requests, ensuring optimal system performance, and providing top-notch support to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log, resolve, and escalate service requests to meet service levels and targets.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems, VoIP, mobile devices, software, and peripheral equipment.
  • Utilize remote management and monitoring tools to provide efficient support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Qualifications
  • Associate degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • A+ Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a corporate Windows environment.
  • Strong work ethic with keen attention to detail.
  • Consistent professionalism, exceptional customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.
  • Passion for diagnosing problems and delivering effective solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Basic understanding of LAN concepts.
  • Familiarity with disk imaging and cloning technologies.
  • Experience with various brands/types of multi-function devices and network printers.
  • Compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to job duties.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and technology solution evaluations.
  • Capability to work in various physical environments, including cramped computer closets, tight spaces, under desks, and on ladders.
