Job Summary: 
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping and Receiving candidate to handle incoming Truck load deliveries, container shipments, and packages from UPS and FedEx. The role ensures accurate receiving, shipping, and overall warehouse support. The position will start in picking, transition to shipping, and finally move into receiving to build comprehensive knowledge of warehouse processes and products.

Shift: 1st  Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn product locations and specifications by assisting with picking orders.
  • Document and log shipments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Report discrepancies or damaged items and assist with the corrective actions. 
  • Prepare and package outbound shipments, generate labels, and arrange pickups.
  • Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of shipments. 
  • Unload, inspect and verify incoming container shipments, UPS and FedEx packages and document them accurately.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock management. 
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks. 
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized.  
  • Complete other tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications: 
  • Highschool diploma or GED.
  • Shipping and receiving experience is REQUIRED. 
  • Experience with warehouse computer systems.
