Welder/Fabricator – Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Growth Opportunity
Location: Twinsburg Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay: $22.00/hr. - $27.00/hr.

About the Position
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for fabricating, fitting, and welding metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and production requirements. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components and structures
- Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drill presses, and cutting tools
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications
- Inspect completed welds and fabricated parts for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous welding and fabrication experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares
- Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Welding certifications are a plus
- Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
- Forklift or overhead crane experience preferred
